Know its rules and benefits before starting yoga

In the busy life of tomorrow, all of us do not pay attention to our body and the result is that we suffer from some disease. You can do yoga, exercise, morning walk etc. to keep the body fit and free from diseases.

Many diseases can be cured by doing yoga. If you are thinking of doing Yogasan at home, then do it by taking the right information about it. Because if yoga is not done properly, it can also cause harm. So let's know the right rules for doing yoga -

1- Yogasan should always be done in open and airy room. So that you can take pure air with your breath. If you do yoga asanas between 5.30 and 7.00 in the morning, you will also get vitamin-D.

2- Take a walk before starting Yogasan. So that the body is finished. After this, do pranayama, after doing pranayam, definitely relax. Now practice the rugs. At the end of every asanas, also do relaxation.

3- Before doing any asana, make correct information about it. Many postures have to bend forward or backward, do them very easily. Some bending postures are forbidden to those with back or spinal problems.

4- Do very hard and do not do too much during the beginning of yoga. Kuki Yoga gets deeper with time. For this it is possible only through daily practice.

5- Those people who have back pain or neck problem, they should do very carefully the asanas done by putting more pressure in the body or vice versa.

6- First of all, do the practice of sitting upright. Because if you do sitting posture in the wrong way, there can be a decrease in the ability to breathe and spinal effects and there can be a decrease in energy or discomfort.

7- Yoga should never be done immediately after meals or before. Although morning is the best time for yoga, but if you cannot do it in the morning then do it only after 4 hours of eating.

8. Do not practice yoga during pregnancy, fever, menstruation, serious diseases etc.

9- During Yogasan, the process of sanskaran and quit should be done properly.

10- If you have any disease and you want to do yoga then first of all tell your doctors about the action of yoga and do it only after taking advice from them.
