Mahashivratri 2020: महाशिवरात्रि क्यों मानते हैं ?

महा शिवरात्रि, जिसका शाब्दिक अर्थ "शिव की महान रात" है, एक हिंदू त्यौहार है जो भारत और नेपाल में बड़े पैमाने पर मनाया जाता है। यह त्योहार हिंदू कैलेंडर के अनुसार माघ के महीने में अमावस्या के दिन मनाया जाता है। हिंदू संस्कृति में एक महत्वपूर्ण देवता, भगवान शिव की पूजा करने के लिए दिन मनाया जाता है।

इस दिन के साथ कई पौराणिक किंवदंतियाँ जुड़ी हुई हैं। एक लोकप्रिय किंवदंती के अनुसार, जब एक शिकारी को जंगल में अपने भोजन के लिए मारने के लिए कुछ भी नहीं मिला, तो उसने एक वुडप्पल के पेड़ की शाखा पर इंतजार किया। हिरण को आकर्षित करने के लिए, उसने पेड़ की पत्तियों को जमीन पर फेंकना शुरू कर दिया, इस बात से अनजान कि पेड़ के नीचे एक शिव लिंगम था। वुडप्पल के पत्तों और शिकारी के धैर्य से प्रसन्न होकर, यह माना जाता है कि भगवान शिव शिकारी के सामने प्रकट हुए और उन्हें ज्ञान का आशीर्वाद दिया। उसी दिन से, शिकारी ने मांस खाना बंद कर दिया।

एक अन्य किंवदंती है कि पृथ्वी के आसन्न विनाश का सामना करने के बाद, देवी पार्वती ने भगवान शिव से दुनिया को बचाने का संकल्प लिया। उसकी प्रार्थनाओं से प्रसन्न होकर, भगवान शिव इस बहाने दुनिया को बचाने के लिए सहमत हुए कि पृथ्वी के लोगों को समर्पण और जुनून के साथ उनकी पूजा करनी होगी। उसी दिन से, रात को महा शिवरात्रि के रूप में जाना जाने लगा और लोग बड़े उत्साह के साथ शिव की पूजा करने लगे।

कुछ लोककथाओं में इसे शिव का दिन भी माना जाता है क्योंकि ऐसा माना जाता है कि भगवान शिव ने देवी पार्वती से उनके पसंदीदा दिन के बारे में पूछा था।

4- Do very hard and do not do too much during the beginning of yoga. Kuki Yoga gets deeper with time. For this it is possible only through daily practice.

5- Those people who have back pain or neck problem, they should do very carefully the asanas done by putting more pressure in the body or vice versa.

6- First of all, do the practice of sitting upright. Because if you do sitting posture in the wrong way, there can be a decrease in the ability to breathe and spinal effects and there can be a decrease in energy or discomfort.

7- Yoga should never be done immediately after meals or before. Although morning is the best time for yoga, but if you cannot do it in the morning then do it only after 4 hours of eating.

8. Do not practice yoga during pregnancy, fever, menstruation, serious diseases etc.

9- During Yogasan, the process of sanskaran and quit should be done properly.

10- If you have any disease and you want to do yoga then first of all tell your doctors about the action of yoga and do it only after taking advice from them.

Without much ado, a quick look at nothing meditation. Here are the steps
1. Sit in a quiet calm place, relaxed, where you will not be disturbed for a few minutes, taking care to put off all electronic media, and wearing loose-fitting clothes.
2. Any comfortable position is fine---sitting, standing, lying down.
3. Breathe slowly, focussing on your in-breath and out-breath. The breath should be the long, deep inspiration and deep expiration, and eventually, you should be taking four or five breaths per minute (as opposed to the normal twenty per minute that we take, unconsciously). Slowing of the breath slows down the brain waves and makes us relaxed.
4. There is only one rule---you are not allowed to think any thoughts which come from the realm of the known. By this, what is meant is that whatever you know--yourself, your body, your thoughts, your fears, joys, happiness, worries, anxieties, achievements, failures, your relationships, your possessions, your job, your current and past problems, your shortcomings, things that you see or have seen, heard, touched, tasted, smelt, thought about----basically nothing that is known, seen, heard, felt, or imagined, about yourself or about the world around you, from your birth till now---is allowed. You are not allowed to think anything related to you or your possessions or anything that you can think, in this Universe
5. Every thought that crops up is analyzed and if it is coming from the known, it has to be given up.
6. Eventually, when you have exhausted all the thoughts about things you know, imagine, possess, or own, or have seen and experienced, or heard from others, or read about, you are left with NOTHING
7. You have bypassed the realm of the 'known' and now are left with only that which is beyond the known.
8. What that is, I cannot say, because when we say it, it goes from unknown to known. If can only be experienced, or maybe non-experienced.

Best diet plan for weight gain

If you really want to gain weight than you have to start your day early morning. There are several Indian foods which can help you gain weight, first of all, you have to make a mindset about the food which you want to eat.

  • Start your day with drinking 1-2 Glass of water after that do a little stretching.
  • Drink a cup of coffee and take rest for half an hour.
  • Do some push-ups.
  • After doing some exercise Eat Dalia with some nuts.
  • Replace dalia with banana shake with flax seeds in it (alternate days).
  • In lunch take curd and rice with your regular meal.
